    Our apartment is 103 square meters, with one master bedroom, one guest bedroom, one study, a perfect kitchen with high counters and both gas and electric stove tops, a cozy living room and a comfy open balcony right next to the trees and birds. It has two bathrooms, one with a nice shower cabinet and one with a wooden tub, and both with natural light.

    The apartment is 5 years old and in excellent condition with light hardwood floors and warm colors; it is very bright with south facing windows on three sides, easy to access (2nd floor), with high-quality western-style interior decorating and double paned windows for better insulation. It is semi-furnished, including washing machine, refrigerator, and small oven.

    It is located near the crossing of HuanCheng XiLu and Xin Wen Lu, between the center of town and Da Guan Park, approx. a 20 minute walk from the Green Lake. 5 minute walk to largest vegetable, fruit and food market in Kunming.
